Ark Horizon LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective & last updated: July 30, 2026

Ark Horizon LLC (“Ark Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through arkhorizonllc.com and its related pages, forms, and marketing funnels (the “Site”); inquiries about our software tools and consulting services; marketing communications; and customer support connected with Ark Horizon products and services.

This policy does not govern the Qissa mobile app. Qissa has a separate child and family privacy policy at qissa-stories.com/privacy. Our downloadable local browser tools also include product-specific privacy notices; this policy still applies when you visit our Site, buy through a marketplace, join our mailing list, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

A. Information you provide directly

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, medical records, government-ID numbers, children's information, or other highly sensitive data through ordinary email or Site forms unless we specifically request it through an approved secure method.

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect: IP address; browser, operating system, language, and device type; approximate location derived from IP address; pages viewed and links selected; date, time, referring page, campaign, and exit page; cookie, browser, advertising, or analytics identifiers; form-start, submission, and conversion events; and security, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic information. We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and similar technologies — see Section 4 and our Cookie Notice.

C. Payment information

We do not intentionally collect or store your full payment-card number through the Site. Purchases are generally completed through third-party marketplaces or payment platforms under their own terms. We may receive order, entitlement, refund, tax, and support information from a marketplace as described above.

D. Information we do not seek through the Site

The Site is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly request information directly from children under 13 through the Site. Qissa is governed separately.

2. How we use information

We may use personal information to: provide a requested checklist, guide, newsletter, product information, or resource; respond to questions and provide support; process, confirm, troubleshoot, and document purchases or refunds; evaluate and respond to consulting inquiries; operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site; understand traffic, campaigns, and conversions; send marketing communications where permitted (with unsubscribe choices); prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain business, tax, accounting, and compliance records; enforce our terms and protect rights, safety, and property; comply with legal obligations; and evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, reorganization, or similar transaction.

We do not use information submitted through Ark Horizon Tools as the basis for financial, lending, employment, housing, insurance, medical, or other high-impact eligibility decisions.

3. How we disclose information

Service providers and contractors that help us operate, such as: MailerLite for mailing lists and email delivery; Cloudflare and other hosting, security, and content-delivery providers; Google Analytics 4 for site analytics, if enabled; Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and optimization, if enabled; form, scheduling, support, storage, accounting, and productivity providers; and professional advisors, insurers, auditors, and contractors subject to appropriate duties.

Marketplaces and transaction providers — Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, payment processors, tax providers, and other platforms involved in a purchase, delivery, refund, or dispute.

Advertising and analytics partners — where enabled and permitted by your choices, Meta, Google, and similar partners may receive identifiers and Site interaction data for measurement, attribution, audience, or advertising purposes.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, some U.S. state privacy laws may define certain disclosures through advertising cookies or pixels as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is paid. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Section 5.

Legal, safety, and business transfers — we may disclose information to comply with law, court order, subpoena, or lawful government request; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; to enforce agreements or protect rights, safety, and property; or in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, sale, bankruptcy, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use or may use: strictly necessary technologies (security, fraud prevention, network routing, core Site functions); analytics technologies (to understand Site performance and usage, e.g. Google Analytics 4); advertising technologies (to measure campaigns and conversions and optimize advertising, e.g. Meta Pixel); and functional technologies (to remember settings or support embedded features). A detailed list and preference instructions are in our Cookie Notice.

5. Your choices

Cookie and advertising choices. On your first visit, you may Accept all, Reject nonessential technologies, or Customize Analytics and Advertising choices. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the Site footer at any time. Analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled unless you authorize the applicable category. Changing your choice prevents future disallowed events and removes optional first-party cookies where technically possible; it may not delete information previously processed. You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies, and manage advertising preferences through your Meta and Google account settings. See our Cookie Notice for details.

Email choices. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us at support@arkhorizonllc.com. We may still send non-marketing messages about an order, support request, security issue, or active business relationship.

Access, correction, deletion, and copy. You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.

U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on your residence and whether a law applies to Ark Horizon, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal data; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or sale/sharing; and appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. To appeal a denied request, reply to our decision email with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including security, support, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements. Our intended schedule:

We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, multifactor authentication where supported, vendor review, and account-security practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, accounts, downloaded files, and exported tool data.

8. International users

Ark Horizon is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different privacy laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers. Users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions may have additional rights — contact us to exercise them.

9. Children

The Site and our local business tools are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through this Site. Qissa is a separate parent-controlled family product with its own privacy notices and controls. If you believe a child submitted personal information through this Site, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

10. Third-party sites and platforms

The Site may link to third-party marketplaces, social networks, app stores, streaming services, or other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for their independent practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, vendor, or operational changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a materially different use.
